Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Take messages and minutes during meetings
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos and letters
- Develop and implement office procedures and record systems
- Manage database entry and client files
- Order and maintain supplies
- Make and confirm travel arrangements
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Maintain confidential department files/records
- Collate and create monthly
- reports
- Interface between church and the office
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work with a growing organization
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using emails, scanning, photocopying.
- Proficient in Ms Office suite
- Be adaptable and flexible to change
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned by superiors
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
Educational: Minimum of HND
Experience: Previous experience in office administration or related fields preferred
